Alireza Rahimi (Persian: علیرضا رحیمی) is an Iranian retired footballer and the current chairman of Sepahan since 9 August 2011.[1]

He was born on 1 March 1955 in Isfahan, Iran. His father was a factory manager and had many factories in Isfahan. He was graduated from Tehran University in 1978.
He began playing football in Sepahan in 1969 and was played for B team until 1973. In 1973, he was invited to original team squad and began playing in Takht Jamshid Cup. Sepahan was the only club that Rahimi was played for it. He retired in 1985 at the age of 30.
After retired from playing in 1985, he was chosen a member of technical committee of Sepahan in 1986 and was worked in this title until 1990. In 1990, he left club to works for Islamic Republic of Iran Handball Federation as a member. In 1994, he was elected as President of the Federation and was in office until he was resigned in March 2010.[2]
On 9 August 2011, he was elected as chairman of the Sepahan after Mohammad Reza Saket was stepping down.
